MEDICAL DISCLAIMER: The content provided on this Site is for educational and informational purposes only. It does NOT constitute medical advice, professional diagnosis, or clinical authorization.

2. Educational Scope & Protocol Supremacy

EMS is a rapidly evolving field. While we strive for accuracy, users are strictly required to adhere to the following:

  • Protocol Supremacy: Students and practitioners must always prioritize their specific Regional, State, and individual Agency protocols over any information or demonstration found on this Site.
  • No Clinical Authorization: Successful completion of online modules, quizzes, or simulations does not grant clinical authorization to practice or perform medical interventions. Only your Medical Director can authorize clinical practice.
  • Risk Assumption: EMS training involves high-risk scenarios. Users assume all responsibility for the application of knowledge gained here.

3. User Accounts and Security

  • Individual Use: Accounts are granted to specific individuals. Sharing login credentials with other students, providers, or unauthorized personnel is strictly prohibited.
  • Account Integrity: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify support@paramedic.guru immediately of any unauthorized use.
  • Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms, share accounts, or engage in behavior detrimental to the learning environment.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials on this Site, including but not limited to videos, quizzes, lesson plans, curricula, graphics, and interactive content, are the property of Paramedic.Guru unless otherwise explicitly noted.

  • Limited License: Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and interact with the content for personal educational use.
  • Prohibitions: You may not record, download (unless a download link is provided), redistribute, sell, or "scrape" any content from this Site without express written consent.

5. Acceptable Use and Professional Conduct

To maintain professional EMS standards, users agree to:

  • Refrain from posting defamatory, harassing, or clinically inaccurate information in forum discussions.
  • HIPAA Compliance: Strictly avoid sharing Patient Identifiable Information (PHI) or any details that could identify a specific patient or incident during case study discussions.
  • Abstain from any attempt to bypass security features or interfere with the proper working of the Site.

6. Limitation of Liability

Training @ Paramedic.Guru and its instructors shall not be held liable for any clinical errors, injuries, or damages resulting from the application of information found on this Site. EMS practitioners act at their own risk and professional responsibility.
