First of all, if you tried to log in to the website within the past couple days it's like you got an error that appeared to come from your browser that may have told you to try deleting your cookies or indicated something to the effect of "too many redirects" - this was a server side issue that has been resolved and I apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused.
Starting today at noon and expected to last until approximately 2 pm EDT server maintenance and site upgrades are being completed to improve security and reliability. The website will be unavailable during this time. I apologize for the short notice but it is important that this work is completed expeditiously.
